The Gen 3 of the Hot Shot series is a bold evolution of performance darts, developed in collaboration with Singaporean player Harith Lim. Inspired by his iconic nickname “Goldfinger”, Hot Shot Gen 3 is a take on a futuristic direction, drawing its design from the structure of a robotic finger.
This mechanical concept transforms precision engineering into a functional darting experience. With its front-loaded 90% tungsten barrel, the dart concentrates mass toward the tip, allowing strong forward momentum and a fast entry into the dartboard. This setup suits players with a more assertive throwing style, delivering power while maintaining a smooth and controlled release.
The grip construction of the Hot Shot G3 echoes the segmented design of a mechanical finger. The rear and mid-sections, have precision milled ring cuts that provide a secure and repeatable grip. A distinctive centre ring detail visually represents a precision engineered joint, reinforcing the Goldfinger theme. Towards the front, fine ring cuts with a finger-shaped milled contour enhance touch and support a clean, consistent release.
Finished with a striking PVD gold coating, the barrel showcases a rich metallic gold look with exposed silver tungsten, which emphasises that futuristic design.
Each set comes with a black-printed K-Flex No.2 integrated flights and shafts, a one-piece system engineered for consistency and durability. Manufactured using advanced injection moulding techniques, K-Flex is engineered to absorb impact, reduce deflections, and prevent flight dropouts. Featuring a fixed 90-degree flight angle and a universal 2BA thread, the K-Flex system ensures smooth gameplay.
The dart is fitted with Swiss Nano points, designed to increase board grip through finely textured nano grooves. Integrated with Target’s patented Swiss Point System, the points can be quickly removed and replaced using the Swiss Point tool for easy customisation.
