Shipping policy
Thank you for visiting Long Range Outdoors. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipping Restrictions
Please note we are only able to ship orders to customers in Canada at this time. We also offer in-store pickup as an option at checkout. Some items are available for in-store pickup only as a part of our retailer agreements with certain suppliers.
Processing Time
We aim to process all orders within 1 business day or less. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order for any reason, we will contact you via email or phone. If we're experiencing a low volume of orders, we'll probably turn it around in five minutes.
Tracking
We will provide you with a tracking # upon fulfillment of your order. Our primary shipping partner is Canada post.
Firearms
As a licensed firearms retailer, we have obligations to local laws that we take seriously. If you purchase a firearm through our website, our team will contact you to verify your firearms license and shipping information, as well as to confirm the shipping rate for your firearm. We strongly recommend purchasing liability insurance the value of the firearm being shipped, as we have seen them go missing before. You will also have to present your identification to confirm your age when your firearm is delivered. The acceptable age varies through provinces and territories.
Dangerous Goods (Ammunition)
Ammunition is classified as a Dangerous Good and cannot be shipped by our primary shipping partner, Canada Post. Purolator offers ground-only shipping options for Dangerous Goods that will allow ammunition to be shipped. If you place an order that includes ammunition, our team will contact you to confirm the shipping rate. We will provide you with the option to pay the shipping or cancel your order and receive a full refund. Your order will not be dispatched until payment for shipping is successfully processed.
Order Cancellation
If for some reason we are unable to fulfill your order due to lack of product availability, we agree to offer you a full refund in a timely manner. If there are fulfillment issues with your order, our team will contact you.
Customs, Duties and Additional Taxes
Long Range Outdoors is not responsible for any customs, duties, taxes or tarriffs applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
