Hickory is one of the most popular smoking woods and Hi Mountain Hickory Blend Jerky Kit captures this great flavor. Use with beef, wild game, poultry, fish, or any meat you choose. Each kit seasons up to roughly 6.8 kg (15 lbs.) of whole muscle meat or roughly 4.5 kg (10 lbs.) of ground meat.
