Hi Mountain German Sausage Kit

Hi Mountain Seasonings Sausage Kits make it easy and delicious, you make it homemade, your way. Use with beef, wild game, pork or poultry. Each kit seasons up to roughly 13.6 kg (30 lbs.) of meat, roughly 1.36 kg (3 lbs.) at a time, if you choose.

Kit Includes two 119 g (4.2 oz.) packets of Hi Mountain cure, one 283 g (10 oz.) seasoning packets, one pack of natural hog casings and detailed instructions.
