Hi Mountain Seasonings Italian Sausage kit makes it easy to make homemade sausage, your way - with beef, wild game, pork or poultry. Each kit seasons up to roughly 13.6 kg (30 lbs.) of meat, 1.36 kg (3 lbs.) at a time if you choose.

Kit Includes two 119 g (4.2 oz.) packets of Hi Mountain cure, two 136 g (4.8 oz.) seasoning packets, one pack of natural hog casings, and detailed instructions.
